Honoring an American President

We need some fact checking on this. You know about the Sunni fundamentalists / Al Queda veterans / religious extremists who have declared "The Calipihate" and are trying to organize great chunks of Syria and Iraq into a new Muslim state. The question is: are the leaders of that group really proposing that the name of their new terrorist state be "Bushland" in honor of the man who made it all possible?
