Health economist Jonathan Gruber, speaking about the states that are rejecting the expanded Medicaid money available under the ACA. Those states, --all controlled by Republicans, of course--“are willing to sacrifice billions of dollars of injections into their economy in order to punish poor people. It really is just almost awesome in its evilness.”
